Easter Meal

Easter is a great opportunity to to have another go a at a Seven course meal event. It didn't go quite according to plan. In fact very much not to plan, but let us not dwell on my time management issues, space management issues and just issues in general.
The theme of the meals is a bit mixed: some is egg variants. Some are traditional food from other countries.
Hors d'oeuvre: Green Nut Pesto Rusk
Soup: Magiritsa
Appetizer: Paska and Cheese
Salad: Nested Eggs
Dessert: Tiramisu Bomb (exploded)
Mignardise: Wine Glass Biscuit
How did it go?
Food was mostly edible, but nothing quite went to plan. I'm still terrible at preparing, though a cold is in part to blame for this (you cannot shop on easter Sunday) . I didn't prepare the cook area properly. And 4 days of washing up.
