The Hors d'oeuvre of this Easter meal.



Food Concept

The concept was originally to replicate hot cross buns with a flavoured rusk base. Rusks are traditionally served with the soup in the soup course, and with a edamame paste and a sesame seed cross.


Food Result

Bread Rusk with an Edamame and Pistachio rough paste topper.

Ingredients

Pistachio

Olive Oil


How did it go?

Apart from not including the sesame seeds, these went as well as could be. And when down a treat.
