Food Concept
The concept was originally to replicate hot cross buns with a flavoured rusk base. Rusks are traditionally served with the soup in the soup course, and with a edamame paste and a sesame seed cross.
Food Result
Bread Rusk with an Edamame and Pistachio rough paste topper.
