The Mignardise of this Easter meal.

Food Concept
It was supposed to be an upright wine glass like item, that actually came with the digestif in it. At first it was going to be a sugar glass with the aperitif in. Then (because i haven't yet learnt any sugar work) i was just going to make a biscuit with a dipped head (part of the reason for where the tiramisu came from. In the end, i was trying to make a biscuit with a wine cake head and base that would stand up.
Food Result
The result was glass shaped biscuits that are dipped in wine sponge cake. Made them into nice soft biscuits with just a little crunch.

Basic Biscuit
Basic Sponge
Red Wine
How did it go?
They worked. Not how I really wanted, but they worked. I need to practice this a bit more.
