The Soup of this Easter meal.

Food Concept
Magiritsa is a traditional Greek Easter Soup, made with Chicken and Lettuce, though in this case the vegan version uses mushrooms, a mix of chestnut and white. Seasoned with dill and lemon, and served with rusks.
