Food Concept
Paska is one of any number of breads enriched with sugar, eggs and fruit from Eastern Europe. Perhaps the best know of this type of food is the Christmas Panettone, but across large swaths of the Cyrillic States and their neighbours, variants exist, thought the version here is apparently Ukrainian. They are apparently served with Curd Cheese of some description.
Food Result
I just followed the recipe for the enriched bread. The cheese is from the Polish section of the local supermarket.

How did it go?
The bread was going fine, until i lost track of my proving and they collapsed just before being baked, resulting in a very dense bread inside. Secondly, on baking I managed to over bake the crust on the out side. This might have been down to the fact that I came from a higher temperature in the oven from baking something else, and not actually let oven cool down.
