Parry Hotter and the attempted Theme Meal

For the longest time I've been talking about running a 7 course meal of themed around the world of harry potter. And I finally had a go for 6 people.

And it worked, kind of. The food was apparently good from the pre-bias captive taste testers, but issues abound and I'll let you know the details here.

Courses:

Appetiser: Savoury Edible Wands

Soup: Season Stewed Mermaid Eggs

Appetiser: Fairy Mushroom Ring

Salad: Bubotuber, Dirigible plum and Sopophorous beans.

Main: Dragon Claws a l'orange

Dessert: Chocolate Frogs

Mignardise: Caramel Crookshanks
