Strawberry Jam Whiff

A scone style bun with jam and cream, BAKED INTO THE SCONE! Was even better than it sounds. Served with Hot Yuzu Tea (basically Yuzu marmalade in hot water this time), but probably better with something less sweet, like black or green tea. (I think the name is a confusion of WHIP by translation)
