Blueberry Cheesecake Bun

Simply put it’s blueberry jam, with sweetened cream cheese in a very fluffy bread bun. But it is SOOO much more than that. It seemed quite a lot of bread to the filling, but

• A) with this bread that’s not really a downside (it makes even the best stuff here (in UK) look a bit stodgy, but balanced I also think it might have as much in common with Twinkies(TM) as with real cakes.)

• B) it was shared among 5 people so it might just be how it seemed. Either way, it was good and fun.
