Coconut & White Chocolate Hot Chocolate
I got this because it is, perhaps, the most regional hot drink I've seen from a coffee shop this season, so far. And I think it's done pretty well. With a solid whirl of REAL WHIPPED CREAM to dig through before you get to the white under-sauce. Each sip was sweet, tasty and nice. Unfortunately, each one finished with a sharp aftertaste. I thought it might be a taste of artificial coconut syrup, but independent testing (i.e.. licking the syrup dregs from the bottom of the cup) the coconut was judged blameless. It therefore seems the sweetness of the white chocolate bites a little hard in this drink.
