A cross between a Tiramisu and a Billionaire's Shortcake. Tiramisu with caramel sauce layers.

It was a bit of a muddle for me. I think it suffers from a usual attitude to deserts: Lashings of alcohol and cream, so lacked a little bit of balance between flavours to my taste. But it was still very, very nice. Something to try at a later date.
