A custard-filled filo pastry slice - Bougatsa
My apologies to the waitress who asked me how it was, and I told her exactly what I thought, which is: "It was mostly good, but it was slightly burnt (see picture) and some of the pastry flakes were tough rather than crispy (a frequent occurrence on filo pastry items on display)" But still was very good. Might even be better warmed.
