Baked Whole Garlic Bulb

Writer: Lazy GlazeLazy Glaze

Exactly as it sounds: A whole roast bulb of a large garlic variety, about the size of an orange. Served with butter, bread and small red salad.

The garlic was still quite pungent after the baking, leaving the flesh a sweet and bitter pate like substance. It was a great flavour but still strong: It needed the bread and the butter to smooth out the flavour. Heh, was really just an elaborate way of making garlic bread.

Recommendation: I would highly recommend to try. It may not be to everyone's tastes, but if you are interested in different flavours this is a pretty safe bet.
