A Red Tart: Shortcrust pasty coated in chocolate, with a red berry filling, topped with a ruby chocolate top. A chocolate feather and a berry sauce squiggle.
However we feel about the most evil woman in the Harry Potter series (and yes, she is. Answers on a postcard if you feel different, please), she apparently makes a good tart... consept.
The most interesting thing in the cake display cabinet at the Golden Frog Cafe. Still a rather stout price for what it is, but what it is, is pretty good. The pastry with the filling is very nice. I'm only guessing the top is ruby chocolate, in part because it is slightly fruity in itself, and in part because the idea of chocolate fruit worked so well here. I would defiantly be trying to recreate this.
Recommendation: If you go there, try this over all the other high priced goods. It is very tasty and a little bit different. If you can get past the symbology of who, and what, it represents.
