Trying all three TYPES of sake on the menu in one go: Junmai, Honjozo, Junmai Ginjo. It certainly makes you appreciate the difference there can be in the flavour of these drinks, though don’t ask me to identify which of these was the smoother or sharper of the selection. Just know that these sakes should be drunk with sushi.
